These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 17jl platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and financial transactions. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

17jl is operated for and primarily available to players physically located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus terms are published on the individual promotion page. Abuse of bonus systems results in forfeiture.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits. KYC verification is required before first withdrawal. GCash and PayMaya payouts are typically processed within 15 minutes.
Money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited. 17jl reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts found in violation.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and 17jl ("17jl," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 17jl website, mobile interface, gaming services, sports betting products, and all related features made available at https://17jl.club and its subdomains.

To open and maintain a 17jl account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
17jl reserves the right to require identity verification documentation at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active 17jl account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 17jl reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual and void any balances or winnings therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 17jl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 17jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
17jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of this Agreement, is associated with suspicious activity, or presents risk of harm to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of account closure for breach, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Account holders may request account closure at any time by contacting 17jl customer support via live chat. Accounts subject to active responsible gaming self-exclusion measures will be closed in accordance with the applicable cooling-off period.
17jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven, among other approved payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of transaction. 17jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources or accounts not registered in the account holder's own name.
All funds deposited into a 17jl account must be from legitimate sources. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used, and that the funds originate from lawful activity. 17jl complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine financial authorities.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless an exception is expressly approved by 17jl. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of KYC identity verification. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya — within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions; bank transfers — within 1–3 banking days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
17jl reserves the right to apply transaction fees consistent with those disclosed in the cashier section, and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
All games available on the 17jl platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers, including but not limited to JILI Games, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Asia Gaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live physical outcomes in the case of live dealer games. 17jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 17jl's decision regarding the outcome shall be final. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome, 17jl reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. Where results are disputed, 17jl follows the rules published by the relevant sportsbook operator. 17jl reserves the right to void markets affected by irregular activity, match irregularities, or data feed errors.
17jl may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs at its discretion. All promotions are subject to the individual terms published on the applicable promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, standard wagering requirements applicable to 17jl bonuses are as disclosed per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
17jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. 17jl also reserves the right to disqualify players from promotions where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or violation of these Terms is identified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 17jl platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
17jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. 17jl provides deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from within the account settings. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to utilize these tools and to seek support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 17jl's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 17jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether or not 17jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
17jl makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance downtime will be communicated in advance where practicable.
17jl is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, unauthorized access to your account, or actions taken based on inaccurate information provided by you during registration.
17jl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via a notice on the 17jl platform or via email to the registered account address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming legislation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 17jl's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through official regulatory channels in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game or promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 17jl with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
